About the Role
The candidate will handle sales for Ho.Re.Ca Business Segment. This would include sales for all the products with which company is dealing. The candidate will be responsible for sales of the entire range of products for the assigned area, secondary Sales for General trade, Modern Trade and Ho.Re.Ca., ensuring coverage, distribution, merchandising and visibility of all our brands as per company objectives, focus on new product launch/re-launch to establish product in market & achieve / exceed defined sales targets, collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with distributors/direct account, Sales management and activity tracking of the team and reporting as per guidelines, training and development of all channel executives / Promoters in the assigned area, managing the commercial control on distributors (receivables, claims etc) and direct customers, relationship building & coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc., responsible for inventory management – at the distributors end (primary), range Selling - Ensure that all brands are distributed in each city and zone – all distributors should take our all brands.
