About the Role


• Manage Kimaya Himalayan Beverages business in competitive markets in India

• Build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients

• To ensure the budgeted annual value & volume numbers are delivered

• Manage a high performing team & help them to achieve individual goals for larger common objective of business

• Maintain the highest standards of Integrity & ensure company's ways of working are guiding principles of business

• Managing a high performing winning executive/promoter team along with strong back-end BSI analytics & MIS team

• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

• Planning & executing monthly marketing activities according to the market needs and demands in tandem with marketing team

• Conceptualizing consumer promos with regional marketing, executing the same, analysing and reporting the impact

• Planning and launching new products/SKUs in market

• Analysing market trend to identify gaps and formulate necessary actions

• Maintain strong rapport with partners and ensuring highest level of engagement


Postgraduate from a reputed college with relevant sales experience of 7 - 10 years from Alco- Bev industry only.


• Strong analytical, communication & MIS skills

• Ability to liaise at all levels internally and externally

• Experience include retail and or on trade (Retail preferred)

• Knowledge and experience of consumer and trade promotions


• Flexible and creative

• Exceptional social and communication skills, well groomed, with a pleasing personality

• An individual with high energy and enthusiasm

• Willing to travel extensively

• Good inter-personal skills

• Working knowledge of brand building in the market

• Should have an eye for detail and a penchant for quality execution – perfectionist – should seek to improve upon everything

• Self-starter with high energy and confidence
